You can move anytime — if you know how to activate.
That’s where the O.U.T Framework comes in:
O – Own Where You Are
Get radically honest. What are you pretending is fine… that isn’t?
U – Understand What You Want
Not what your mom, your boss, or Instagram wants for you. What you want — deeply.
T – Take One Step
Not ten. Not perfect. Just one. Because action creates momentum — and that is what leads to motivation.
You are not lazy. You are not broken. You’ve just been waiting for something outside yourself to give you permission.
