5 Signs You’re Stuck — Even If You’re Crushing It (and what to do about it)

June 06, 20253 min read

Let’s be honest — feeling stuck doesn’t always look like rock bottom.

In fact, some of the most “put together” women I know are stuck in silent survival mode.
I know because I’ve lived it.

I was achieving, leading, producing, showing up… and still waking up feeling numb, uncertain, and like I was missing something I couldn’t name.

The truth is, being stuck doesn’t always scream. Sometimes it whispers.
And if you’ve been hearing that whisper — this post is for you.

Here are 5 subtle signs you might be stuck — and how to start moving again:

1. You’re constantly busy, but deeply unfulfilled.

You’re productive. You get stuff done. Your calendar is full.

But at the end of the day… you still feel like something’s off.

👉 Try this: Ask yourself: “Is my busyness aligned with what matters most to me right now?” If the answer is no, it’s time to pause and realign your energy with what actually fuels you — not just what fills your schedule.

2. You can’t clearly say what you want anymore.

You’ve spent so long serving others, hitting goals, and doing what’s expected, that now — if someone asked you what you want — you wouldn’t know what to say.

👉 Try this: Write a vision statement for your life as if no one else was watching. What would you be doing? Feeling? Creating? It might feel awkward — that’s okay. Clarity is a process, not a lightning bolt.

3. You keep reinventing yourself… but nothing actually changes.

New planner. New program. New season. Same stuck feeling.

👉 Try this: Instead of asking “What should I do next?” ask “Who do I need to become to make the next move feel inevitable?” Reinvention isn’t the goal. Alignment is.

4. Your life looks good on paper, but doesn’t feel like yours.

Maybe you’re proud of what you’ve built… but deep down, it’s no longer in sync with who you are. That disconnect is emotionally exhausting.

👉 Try this: Audit your current life for what feels performative vs authentic. You don’t need to throw it all away — but you do need to start living for you.

5. You keep waiting for the right time.

You’ll start the thing when the kids are older, when work slows down, when life “makes space.”

But that space rarely shows up. You have to claim it.

👉 Try this: Choose one small decision you can make today that moves you toward the woman you want to become. Action creates clarity.

Here’s the truth: You don’t need a breakdown to have a breakthrough.
You don’t need to burn it all down to build something better.
You just need the right space, the right tools, and a day that’s all about YOU.

✨ That’s exactly what Reclaim My Power Day is.

It’s the best of everything I’ve learned over 28 years — the exact tools I used to rebuild after divorce, cancer, burnout, and finding myself again.

If any part of this post hit home…
You don’t need to keep waiting. You’re already worth it.
